My first hike

Good Morning every one... Yesterday was sooooo cool. I got to go on my very first hike with dad. We went to Ecola State Park and hiked the trail to Indian Beach. It was really cool to be walking so close to the edge of a cliff and to look down and see waves, rocks and the beach from so far away. Dad brought the video camera and we made our first documentery together. It kinda got me thinking about film school, but when I told dad he said I may change my mind in the next couple of years. We took ginger with us and I know she had a good time, because when we were done she was completely pooped, but I enjoyed taking her with us. I think she's finally coming around to accepting me as part of the family. Mom and Dad tell me that she's rally jeoulous of me... Oh well I'm the baby and she's gotta love me. Anyway after we left the park we went to go visit mom at work... I always like doing that because I see moms face light up when Dad and I walk up to the pharmacy. And all trhe ladies she works with google over me, and treat me like a princess. So yesterday was a great day and it was really great to be able to talk to Grammy and Pop, Im sorry guys that I was kind of a butt, but I was cranky and hungry. You know how it is. And Pop and NAna I enjoyed reading the comments you have been putting on. Dont worry Nana I can finally get over now... crawling is just around the corner.... I need to go get ready for church

My dearest Savannah, It sure was great talking to you with you the other night with Grams. Sorry we couldn't talk longer, but we were both very tired. You know we are not as young as you. I loved seeing you make all the funny noises and smiling. That is a very good pictue of you laying on Ginger. So far this week has been good. I had a computer class today. Grams has had a busy and stressful day. It has been raining all day and a little cool. Drew and Lia are doing well in school. The gas prices are sooo high right now because of Hurricane Ike. I am glad you don't have to worry about any of this. Well, I need to run. Stay sweet and keep making those funny noises and smiling. Can't wait to see you again. Love pops

Dear Little Savannah;
You are 5 months old today! You are growing so fast, I cant beleive it. I sure do wish that I could put my arms around you and play with you. I am so sorry that you are sick, but I hope that you get better really soon. I am sure that mom and dad are taking really good care of you. I love your picture from the hike! That purple shirt makes your baby blues look violet. You are such a beauty! We love you and miss you (and your mommy and daddy and Ginger) so much. Hugs and kisses,
Grammy

Dearest Savanna, We enjoy having you come visit us at work too. You and dad of course light up our day. I enjoyed the Sunday you got to spend with us at work. Remember what we talked about that day.
O ya, by the way you are a princess. Jerri
