Go Go Go

I have been quite active lately. I have tried over and over again to crawl and climb but I am scared to fall on my face. I know that it's bound to happen. Yesterday I did discover how to pull myself up into a sitting position and I almost crawled on my knees for mom and dad. It will come someday. I have been doing pretty good. I am a very happy baby and I love playing peek-a-boo with mom and dad. I still have a cold because of my teeth but I am getting a 3rd tooth. It's the top left one and I know the right one will soon follow. I just wanted to let you what I have been doing lately. Love you & miss you!!! *** SAVANNAH***

I am sorry you guys for not writing earlier. Life has been a little crazy lately. A couple of weeks ago, my grandma (Kathy) flew into town and she stayed with us for a little over a week. We spent so much quality time together. It was a blast. One night, mom and dad went to dinner and movie and me and grandma had the house to ourselves. On another night, we spent the whole night together while mom and dad spent some much needed time together. When they got home, I noticed that mom dyed her hair black and also a haircut. I just didn't know what to think when I saw her. Grandma got me this big swimming pool for christmas so a lot of the time, I was in there with all of my toys having a good old time. Grandma hopped in there with me a few times. Man oh man, that was so much fun. I hated to see her leave but she said that she was coming back in April for my first birthday. I hope Grandpa will come with her this time because I miss him so very much. It's been a long time since I have seen him in person. Here lately for the passed couple of days, I have had a bad cold. So that means that I must be teething again. Mom looked in my mouth to see if there was anything come through and she could see a little white on the top front. I am ready for all this runny nose, sneezing, and coughing to go away. I am growing up so fast. I already weigh around 24 pounds. It seems just like yesterday since I was born. Today, mom and I are just going to be hanging around the house. I will probably help her with folding the clothes and play with my toys. I hope everyone has a great day. Winter is here

Burrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!! It's freezing outside. This past week has been very odd. It has actually snowed on a consistent basis for 1 week. I finally got my first close-up with snow. Let me tell you, it is very cold. I know that mom put my hands in it, I started crying. I didn't know what to think. But I enjoyed being out there playing with mom and dad. This past weekend, me and dad went sliding down the road with Ginger. He put me in my jogging stroller and we ran up and down the street. I had a blast. I really hope my Grandma gets to come out here on Christmas. The airport has been slammed with so many people because flights have been cancelled left and right. I know that no matter what, my grandma will find a way to get here. Anyways, I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I will surely take more pictures during the holidays. Hi everyone! I have been so busy here lately so I haven't gotten to write much. I had a great Thanksgiving with Mr Art and Mrs Jane and all their family. I actually to taste some real mashed potatoes. YUM YUM!!! They were so good. Then, that weekend, dad and mom took me to meet Jake (one of dad's friends from work- he's cool) at the Woodburn Outlet mall. There, I got to finally meet Santa Claus. I wasn't afraid because I know that I have been a good girl and we were almost wearing the same outfit. So, I got my picture taken and then, walked around the mall for a while. Mom and dad bought me some cute outfits and they bought some clothes for themselves. After we were done there, we then went to the Washington Square mall. We walked around somemore and ended up at the Cheesecake Factory for lunch/dinner. Man, that was so good. Dad got me to try this green dip and I loved it because it was so sweet. This passed Saturday, dad put up the Christmas tree with the lights but it's not decorated yet. Mom has been working all weekend so we were all going to do it together when we were all home. Now, I have come down with my 5th cold this year. I definitely know that I am teething again because I am drooling like crazy and I want everything in my mouth. I am definitely looking forward to Grandma coming into town in a couple of weeks. I wonder what we're going to do while she's here. I know there will be lots of fun. Proud of my daddy

Hey guys... I apoligize for not writing sooner. I have been so busy, and lately have been wiped out by the end of the night. I finally have some time too catch up... So last weekend we were in Seattle Washington. It was so cool... I was so amazed by everything that I saw there. We spent a few hours down at Pikes place market and got to see some real cool stuff. I got my picture taken by a very ugly monk fish... I would freak out if I ever saw that thing come up to me in the water. Then we got to ride the monorail around town and have dinner at PF Changs right downtown. The reason we were in Seattle was for a race that my dad signed up for with some friends from work. I thought it was alot of fun. Dad ran a race that was filled with obstacles every 1/4 mile. I had so much fun running around following my dad and cheering him on. We had a good time overall hanging out with friends and getting some cool scenery in as well. Then after we got back it was back to the daily grind. I was able to spend monday through wednesday with mom because she didnt have to work. Then the rest of the week I got to go to daycare and see my friends and then Dad would come and pick me up... I loved it when he came to get me, then we would head home and go for a jog around the block with ginger and then spend time hanging out at the house.... Im really looking forward to my first thanksgiving.. I get to spend it with mom and dad and we are going to go to Art and Janes house... I really like spending time over there because they are just really kooky and so much fun... Sometimes I wonder about Art but I figure jane will get it all figured out in the end... Anyway I am about to go to bed but I just wanted to update my little blog here... Goodnight everyone, and happy thanksgiving.

What a weekend

Well I have had a very busy weekend... Today was so exciting... We had a suprise birthday party for my mom at one of our favorite spots . It was so cool. Dad and I arranged for everything. We had the guest and the food all there waiting for mom when she arrived. We had the party at the coffee girl in astoria.... We had such a good time too, All of our friends were there... There was so much food and cake and the best part was the gifts... Thanks to everyone who made it there today... my mom really had a great time. Of course thats not all I did. I went trick or treating yesterday down in Astoria... There were so many people there in town that we really couldn't move around... So we decided to ditch that joint and head down to seaside and go to the outlet stores to go snag some candy... I managed to get some but then I got really tired and fussy and just wanted to go home... So my first Trick or Treat experience was a little less than ideal... Oh well its not that big of a deal... I have had such a big day today and goten so much accomplished and I am really tired. So I will write back in a bit, I am going to go and get some much needed beauty rest....

I am getting so excited about Friday. It's going to be my first Halloween and also mom's birthday. I am going to dress up as a skeleton because the pumpkin one is huge on me. I will definitely save that for next year. That way I will be a little bit bigger. I hope all of you enjoyed the pictures that I have sent your way. I know I look so cute. Here lately, I have been a total butt. My gums have been giving me troubles and I keep getting mom and dad up in the middle of the night. I chew chew chew. I have actually tried some new baby foods. I have tried peas, green beans, winter squash, pears, and bananas. The only one that I didn't like was the bananas. I will try those later. I don't spit up as much anymore. So that means, I am not ruining any of my clothes all day long. Tonight, me and dad went a harvest fest at the church. I had so much fun watching other rugrats play games and run around like maniacs.
